TIMBERLAND'S SUSTAINABILITY GOALS FOR 2020
Timberland is aiming for 100 percent of its footwear to be made with at least one material containing ROR (recycled, organic or renewable content) by 2020. It has unveiled its corporate social responsibility report, sharing progress on its performance targets considering three core CSR pillars – product, outdoors and community. "At Timberland, our philosophy to be Earthkeepers drives everything we do, we strive to find efficiencies and new innovations to meet our sustainability goals," said Timo Schmidt-Eisenhart, general manager for Timberland Europe. It's a great step forward.
