Benvic, the French group leader in the production of highly innovative PVC-based thermoplastic solutions and ecological biopolymers, strengthens its foothold in the medical industry.

It has purchased a majority stake in Luc & Bel, an Italian company expert in the design and manufacture of complex medical components under Class 8 cleanroom conditions, serving major international clients. With this acquisition, it reinforces its position in the medical sector, where the group has been active since taking over Modenplast, an important and significant player in the compounding of medical PVC formulations, in 2019.
